Quality is for us the keyword for every order. For this reason, we keep on update the company structure in order to have cutting-edge equipment, modern tool machines, a metrology department equipped with certified three-dimensional control instruments.

The first phase of quality control takes place on incoming raw materials, followed by quality control on the processing cycle, and a final check on the finished product.

Impa has a constant-temperature metrology room that allows the control of extremely precise measurements with fields of 1,500 x 1,000 x 800 mm. Equipped with the most advanced devices, it allows the dimensional verification and testing of mechanical components, on small and large pieces, to evaluate the conformity of the product to the specifications of the construction drawing.
